Hardware and Implementation Questions

Section 1: Preliminary Questions

Minimum System requirements for use of The Education Interface training platform:
- Pentium II 400Mhz
- 128Mb Ram (256Mb+ Recommended)
- 800Mb Hard Drive Storage space
- Sound Card w/speakers
- CD-Rom drive
- Internet Explorer 5 (Note: We recommend the use of Internet Explorer 5 or higher due to incompatibilities with AOL and Netscape browsers. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
- Flash Player/IE plug-in

Section 2: Internet Connectivity

The Education Interface provides content delivery via local hard drive or Internet. The minimum requirements for 100% web based delivery are below.

Software:
- IE browser 5.0 or higher
- Microsoft IE Outlook Express
- Real Player and/or Microsoft Media Player (download from: www.real.com)
- Macromedia Flash Player/ Shockwave Player (www.macromedia.com)
- Internet Connection: Required dedicated Internet connection with 128 kbs or higher bandwidth.
