If I knew then what I know now I would have chosen Education
Interface even sooner! Education Interface staff live customer
service with their clients. Since technology is such a moving
and changing environment you have to have a vendor you can rely
on when it comes to all training including mandatory education.
It has been a pleasure since day one working together. No it isn't
heaven but everyone is consistently solution focused ! Thank you
Education Interface for making this part of Human Resources very
manageable!

St. Camillus is a continuing care retirement community with 500
employees. We operate in a 24/7 environment and have a continual
need to train our staff on regulations, resident care and soft
skills. Before we implemented Education Interface's computer-based-training,
we spent hours and hours organizing in-services, adjusting schedules
and tracking attendance. Thanks to Education Interface, we now
have a convenient solution for our employees to get up-to-date
training. Training compliance has increased from approximately
60% to 95%. Two things really stick out when I think of Education
Interface. First is ease of use; our employees, even non-computer
users, easily grasped how to use it. Furthermore, the "behind
the scenes" administration is very easy to navigate. Second
is customer service. Education Interface representatives respond
quickly to any questions we have and have been very willing to
customize products/reports based on our needs. Working with Education
Interface has proven to be the right choice for us!

We are partnering with Education Interface to bring on-line training
courses to employees of our long term care communities. Trainers
and employees alike appreciate the flexibility of on line modules
and the ease with tracking attendance. The addition of the EI
modules has enhanced our training curriculum and increased compliance
with the assignments (at one community, compliance increased from
60% to 90% after EI was implemented). The modules are user friendly
and employees seem to like training via computers - even those
who are first time users.

Use of EI provides associates the opportunity to be in control of
(and accountable for) meeting their education requirements. Completing
classes when it is convenient for them versus attending a scheduled
"mandatory" in-service is a big plus. Consistency in education
is also a plus... every associate gets the same information and
is held to the same standard versus having "make-up materials
and videos" to review for those who did not attend the "mandatory"
in-service.
EI is easy to use- first time computer users are able to logon and
complete the courses with minimal assistance; associates with basic
computer skills have no problem completing the courses on their
own. Overall, first time users quickly got over their apprehension
and were proud of their accomplishment. Use of this program is paving
the way for computer skills that will be needed in the near future
for electronic documentation.
Electronic tracking and reporting education completion (or not)
is quick and easy to view online or print; great assistance for
department managers and for survey compliance.
EI enhances new hire orientation- select courses add variety to
the presentation of materials and the interaction holds their interest
and increases retention of the information; also introduces new
associates to the EI program so they can complete courses on their
own in the future.
The use of EI courses as part of a plan of action for performance
counseling and follow-up on safety issues provides a means of reviewing
pertinent information on an individual basis in a timely manner
to help associates be successful in meeting set standards and expectations
of the job.

First Community Village
Education Interface offers extensive on-line training courses
that are convenient and flexible. The range of courses offered
through EI is impressive and comprehensive. EI is the perfect
tool for implementing mandatory training programs.
Employees can complete the courses on their own schedule, which
offers flexibility for both the employee and the EI administrator.
Employees don't have to worry about coordinating their schedules
around training sessions because they can access the training
courses at their convenience. If this is outside an employee's
shift, the employee will receive 30 minutes of paid time for each
course completed. EI administrators are able to track progress
and focus their efforts on one-on-one training.
